Bundesliga is Back

The best soccer league in the world continues. We are open every Saturday at 9am to show all of the games live. (Konferenz Channel). Also we will offer beer specials, a Bavarian breakfast (Weisswurst, Pretzel, and Hefeweizen – $10), as well as the return of the Doner Kebab. Come out and cheer on 1. FC Köln, or whichever lesser team you support.

Jägerabend – Hunter’s Night – 2/2/12

On Thursday, February 2nd We will be inviting in several great chefs to collaborate with Chef Jeremy Nolen on a wild game dinner. Jennifer Carroll (formerly of 10 Arts and Top Chef), Jeff Michaud (Osteria, Amis, Vetri) and Peter Woolsey (Bistrot La Minette) will all be cooking up game meats like venison, wild boar, hare, and Rohan duck.

The five-course dinner will be $55 per person.

New German Cooking

Brauhaus Schmitz is proud to introduce a new concept to Philadelphia:
“New German Cooking.” Chef Jeremy Nolen is extremely passionate about changing the general perception of German Cuisine being bland and nothing but brats and schnitzels. On our menu Chef Nolen has several featured specialties that will alter anybody’s opinion about the “bland” cuisine. Jeremy also creates several special dishes to be featured during weekend service, starting on thursdays.

Make sure you stop in for one of the delicious Chef Specialties and be ready to get your German cuisine knowledge turned up side down.
